Jim Wells founded Atlanta Plan Source in 1987 – initially offering publishing and marketing services to designers. As new house plans and services were added to their portfolio, the company started to grow into the full service design firm that it is today.
Currently, Atlanta Plan Source, Inc. offers stock plans, materials lists, plan revisions, and custom home design using 3D CAD. While the company is best known for affordable 1-story homes, their 1-and-a-half and 2-story designs are hardly unknown. In fact, many such plans have received glowing reviews and earned great popularity amongst homebuilders!
Atlanta Plan Source’s die hard commitment to excellent service and innovative home designs has earned them a multitude of accolades (including several of Hanley Wood's Best-Selling Plan awards) and success across the United States and abroad!
