For more than four decades, Breland & Farmer Designers has sold tens of thousands of beautiful and livable house plans to homebuilders across the United States and abroad.
Breland & Farmer Designers was founded by Edsel Breland FAIBD in Jackson, Miss. Inspired by the Southern charm that surrounded him, the deep South native decided to spend a great deal of time studying old homes in New Orleans, Natchez, Vicksburg, and elsewhere. The designs you’ll see in this Breland & Farmer collection reflect Edsel’s interest in Southern elegance. Some plans mimic the exteriors of classic Southern mansions while incorporating interior designs that go well with today’s lifestyle. Grand front porches (a signature Southern ingredient) and modern layouts are typical components of a Breland & Farmer home plan.
