This home is a new interpretation of plan DD-1141.
The front porch has been deepened to 8 feet. The upper-floor bedrooms are larger. And, last but certainly not least, the master bedroom now has access to the back porch, which is also a nice, livable 8 feet deep.
The rest of the home's interior is equally comfortable. Notice the open floor plan on the main floor, where the living room (with a fireplace and plenty of natural light) flows directly into the dining room. The kitchen is nicely defined by an angled snack bar.
This home is a real winner, fitting nicely into a general neighborhood setting or equally suitable for a waterfront lot.
