The quilt will stay flat and top, filler and liner will come together smoothly. End ratchets let you stretch the quilt tight for stitching. Construction is simple. The frame is assembled with bolts and wing nuts and can be taken down quickly for storage. Dimensions are 8-1/2 feet long, 3 feet deep and height is adjustable.
