FHA/VA Description of Materials

This document may be needed by your bank in order to secure a loan through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The list specifies the minimum grade of building materials required to meet FHA or VA standards. Descriptions of materials are sold only in sets of two. Not available for all plans.
