Mirror-Reverse Plans

We have the ability to reverse the orientation of our construction blueprints to suit your lot, the positioning of your home or your personal preference. Mirror-reversed plans are used if you would like to build the home in reverse of the illustrated floor plan. For example, if the kitchen in the illustrated floor plan is on the right side of the home and the garage is on the left, you may order a mirror-reverse plan with the kitchen on the left side and the garage on the right. Please note that the lettering and dimensions on mirror-reversed plans will read backward. Therefore, we recommend that you order only one or two mirror-reversed plans as part of your construction blueprint set. There is a $50.00, one-time surcharge to mirror-reverse your plans.
