Larry Garnett Home Plans
For more than three decades, Larry Garnett’s designs have provided builders and consumers with innovative and practical homes. Larry is also a source of highly sought after information with regard to the building process. In his book Home Plan Doctor, Larry teaches everyday homeowners how to choose the right plan, the basics of reading floor plans, and what’s important in terms of design.
Larry’s renowned home designs have been featured in several national magazines, including Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, and Country Living. He has also been asked to do television and radio programs and appeared at highly respected venues like Harvard University and the NAHB to discuss issues associated with home design.
Former CEO of Home Plans, LLC and 20 year veteran of the home plans industry, Wayne A. Ramaker purchased the Larry Garnett collection in 2010. Wayne will adapt Larry’s inventory to meet current needs of home builders, but will retain the key characteristics that have made Larry’s designs so successful for the past
30+ years.
