Plan Description

This country classic never fails to delight, with the crisp look of siding, an inviting porch, and an unbeatable floor plan. The foyer opens to a living room on the left and a dining room or home office on the right. The family room features a fireplace and tons of natural light; a defining half-wall separates this room from the island kitchen and bayed informal dining area. A built-in desk in the kitchen is great for homework or as a family message center. Continue upstairs, where two bedrooms share a dual-vanity bath. The master suite boasts a sophisticated stepped ceiling and a pampering bath made for two. A bonus area on this level is perfect as a game room, media center, or home gym.
