Plan Description

This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath open floor plan provides for a flexible first floor layout with an optimal use of space. The main features of the efficient first floor includes a “vaulted” living room ceiling; “circular” dining room; large master bedroom suite that includes a walk-in closet and separate tub and shower; and a guest bedroom suite that could also serve as a study. The second floor includes 2 spacious guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This plans also allows for easy modifications for the following items if desired: a side-entry garage, a wrap-around front porch, a larger second floor, relocation of the fireplace, and a “square-shaped” dining room.
