Plan Description

This farmhouse features wood siding with a wrapping veranda. Enter the foyer and you'll be greeted by double doors opening to the den on the left and a spacious living room with a fireplace on the right. The dining room is separated from the living room by a plant bridge and a pair of columns. The kitchen includes entertainment-sized space with a center work island and an abundance of counter space. The full-size family room features a three-sided fireplace and a corner media center, plus access to the rear yard. A staircase from the family room leads to bonus space over the garage. Four bedrooms on the second floor cluster around a center hall. The master suite and one family bedroom have walk-in closets.
