Plan Description
This plan is a beautiful modern mountain style house plan with 2604 square feet, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The exterior of this home is a great mix of stone, wood and dark siding accents that make this home have a true modern prairie feel. The home has a gorgeous covered porch that enters right into an entryway leading to an open concept interior. The dining room has a powder bath just off the entrance, and the great room with a built-in fireplace and shelves, as well as access to the spacious covered porch just outside the home. The kitchen is complete with a large walk-in pantry, plenty of counter space, and a large kitchen island. Just off the kitchen is an office with a built-in desk, as well as access to the optional finished basement or the bedrooms. The main and additional bedroom and bathrooms can be found just behind the kitchen and three-car garage. A mudroom with built-in benches can be found here, leading right to a hallway for maximum privacy.
