Plan Description

This Craftsman is at home in any location. Notice how the contrasting light and dark tones blend with the surroundings, while vertical siding and columns create height. The entry leads to the great room, with the dining room on the right and stairs on the left. Counters and cabinets border the kitchen walls and surround the working island. A pass-through divides the adjacent keeping room, which--along with the great room--accesses the deck with fireplace and built-in grill. The master suite offers its own deck access and amenities: the bath includes twin vanity sinks and separate shower and spa tub, the walk-in closet stores clothes for every season. Venture upstairs from the foyer, where each of two bedrooms directly accesses a full bath; one shares with the study. Go downstairs near the laundry room, cross the breezeway, and use the exterior stairs to reach the private suite above the garage.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$85.00

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
