This spirited Early American design employs brick and siding for classic good looks and timeless appeal. A pediment-style entry opens to the foyer, lit by an arched second-story window. On the right, columns define the formal dining room. Continue to the two-story family room, where a rear bowed window wall makes a grand impression and affords stunning views. A well-planned kitchen is designed for entertaining, with stacked dual ovens, miles of counter space and a serving bar that overlooks the bayed breakfast nook and hearth-warmed keeping room. A guest suite is tucked to the far left for privacy. Upstairs, secondary bedrooms are well appointed. The master suite dazzles with a sitting room, vast walk-in closets and a vaulted bath with a spa tub. A laundry room on this level is the ultimate convenience.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected. |
