An optional partial underground garage can be provided for secure parking, or separate “garden level” apartments could be substituted for an 8 unit building.
Exterior walls are designed for “green wall” construction typical with insulated (R30) ICF walls. The flat roof design is suitable for solar panels or wind turbines.
